Appending a pipe “|” followed by a word will add a tag to a document or folder. These tags do not show up in Library, but they will give a document or folder special attributes:
- home will make a document the homepage for the folder it is in. The contents of the document will show up above the file list in a folder.
- team allows a folder to show up under “Find by Team” on the home page.
- featured selects a document or folder to show up under the “Useful Docs” section on the home page.
- hidden will hide a document. It will still be accessible via a URL, but it will not show up in a folder or search results.
Tags can be combined, so a document could be both featured and home, for instance:
Getting started with Library | home, featured
Prepending numbers to folder names (e.g. “03 - Newsroom”) will allow you to sort documents out of alphabetical order. Prepended numbers can be combined with any number of tags.
